staff was really helpful.
Parking was extremely convenient too. have direct access to food and easy way around nearby. Was a nice place with clean room, clean beds and nice environment.
Will surely come back again !!
Take note you will have to pay RM6 per entry for parkingg ~~~

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel; it was worth it. The hotel is far from the next station, but it is a tolerable walk. The building has a nice rooftop swimming pool and a gym. There are common areas as well. The buffet breakfast is also excellent.
I will be booking again at this hotel if I visit Malaysia in the future.

We booked a 7-day stay with a check-out time of 12:00. On the last day, we wanted to extend our check-out to 13:00 or 14:00 due to a flight delay. The front desk calculator told me that 14:00 would cost an extra 151RM. However, my other three colleagues were able to extend their stay to 14:00 for free, but the front desk either refused to extend their stay or charged a fee. What's the point of charging some and offering some for free? Are they trying to cater to different people?! !
